SPX 0DTE · ES FUTURES · MEGA-CAP OPTIONS
Join Vinod Singh for daily pre-market preparation and the first 90 minutes of live trading.
Learn a structured approach built on key support and resistance, price action, and candlestick patterns — with options flow and gamma exposure adding context to the setup. From SPX failed breakdowns to mega-cap opportunities and the closing session, understand what we are watching, why a trade qualifies, and where the idea is invalidated.
Our core focus: SPX/ES failed breakdowns and level-to-level execution.
Learn what we need to see before entering, where the setup becomes invalid, and how we manage the trade as price develops. SPX 0DTE options and ES futures share the structure — not the execution or the risk.
Educational community. Trading involves substantial risk. Purchased 0DTE options can lose the entire premium paid.
Illustrative redraw, not a price record: it shows the concepts from that day's plan — pivot support, a dip that fails to continue (failed breakdown), the reclaim, a defined invalidation, and the next level. The dated plan text and the posted recap are in the sample day below; realized trade details appear only there, sourced to the posted recap.
SEE THE PRODUCT
A trade makes more sense when you can see the preparation behind it. Explore a dated example of an ITO trading day — from the pre-market scenarios to the trade decisions and post-market review.
Key Pivot: 7650 Above 7650: bulls better positioned for 7670 → 7675. Below 7650: 7625/7620 — the lowest bulls want to see at the open. Losing 7620 opens 7600 → 7580 → 7550. Event risk: none scheduled pre-open. Condition we are waiting for: a hold or reclaim of 7650 on the opening retest. Zero-gamma flip sits just under the pivot — positive regime above, expect dips to be bought into the call wall at 7675.
DAILY MEMBER EXPERIENCE · LIVE SCHEDULE
ITO connects the preparation, execution, and review so you can follow the reasoning throughout the day.
Start with SPX/ES key levels, bull and bear scenarios, selected stock setups, and the events that could affect the session. Know what matters before the opening move.
Follow Vinod's decisions as the market opens. Hear why a level matters, what confirms a setup, where the idea fails, and how the trade is managed.
Reassess the closing setup using price action, gamma exposure, and potential pinning areas. Discuss the opportunity and the risk — not just the contract.
Compare the original plan with what actually happened. Review the setups, trade management, failed ideas, and lessons to carry into the next session.
Prepare for the coming week with SPX/ES structure, selected mega-cap setups, and important catalysts.
The objective is to understand the decisions — not simply receive a ticker and a direction.
Times are Eastern Time on regular U.S. cash-market sessions; exact pre-market and EOD start times are posted in Discord. Live coverage is the opening 90 minutes and the closing session — not continuous all-day broadcasting. Event days (FOMC, CPI, NFP) include preparation and scenario planning; any additional live event coverage is announced separately and is not a standing commitment. Sessions are not recorded unless announced.
THE ITO FRAMEWORK · OUR PROCESS
We do not take a trade simply because an options print appears, a gamma level is nearby, or a candle looks bullish. We begin with market structure, examine the reaction, and decide whether the setup offers a clear reason to enter — and a clear reason to exit.
The level identifies the area. The reaction informs the decision. Risk determines whether the trade is worth taking.
Identify the support, resistance, range boundaries, and key reclaim or failure levels that matter for the session. The first question is where a trade could make sense, not which contract to buy.
Use options flow and gamma exposure alongside the chart to assess whether the surrounding conditions support or challenge the setup. These are supporting inputs, not automatic buy or sell instructions — GEX is model-based context, not a guaranteed directional forecast.
Watch how price behaves at the level: rejection, reclaim, acceptance, candlestick structure, and follow-through. A candlestick pattern belongs in the context of the level and the wider structure — not in isolation.
Establish the entry condition, invalidation, position risk, and next relevant target before committing. A setup can look interesting and still be a pass.
Trade level-to-level, reassess as price develops, and review the outcome against the original reasoning.
If the level holds without a clean failure or reclaim, if the reaction is unreadable, or if the risk to the invalidation is too wide for the next level — we pass and say so. A no-trade session is part of the process, not an omission from the service.
OUR CORE FOCUS
A break below support is not automatically a buying opportunity. One of Vinod's core setups is the Failed Breakdown, or FBD: price moves below an important level, fails to sustain the breakdown, and reclaims the area.
Learn to distinguish between a market that is still falling and one that is showing evidence of a failed move. The same structural idea can inform SPX options and ES futures trading, but the instruments require different execution and risk considerations.
We are not trying to buy every dip. We are waiting for a setup we can explain and invalidate.
WEEKLY PLAYBOOK · EVENT PREPARATION
The weekly ITO playbook brings together SPX/ES structure, selected mega-cap stock and options setups, and the catalysts worth watching. Instead of an oversized watchlist, the focus is a manageable set of scenarios: the important levels, what would confirm the idea, and what would change the plan.
Major events are part of the preparation — not an invitation to predict the headline. We consider the event risk, map the relevant levels, and discuss the conditions that would support a trade after the market reacts.
SPX and ES are our core focus. Selected mega-cap stocks and options provide additional opportunities when the setups fit our process.
A playbook prepares you for possibilities. It does not require the market to follow a prediction.

EOD Lotto: price action, gamma context, and potential pinning scenarios.
The closing session brings a fresh assessment of SPX price action, gamma exposure, and potential pinning areas. Vinod explains the late-day thesis, what would invalidate it, and how the remaining time affects the decision. A potential pin is a scenario to evaluate — not a promised closing price.
These are speculative, short-dated trades. A low premium does not mean low risk: a purchased 0DTE option can lose its entire premium. Participation is optional.
The commitment is daily assessment and explanation — not a speculative trade every day. Selective execution. No requirement to force a trade.

ABOUT
My trading focus is SPX 0DTE, ES futures, and selected mega-cap stocks and options. I prepare before the market opens, explain my decisions during live sessions, and review the day after the close.
My approach starts with support and resistance, then brings in price action, candlestick patterns, options flow, and gamma exposure where they add useful context.
The purpose of ITO is to help you understand why a setup qualifies, why it can fail, and how to manage the decision — not simply follow somebody else's entry.
