START HERE · MEMBER ACCESS
Know where to start from day one.
Five steps: join the membership → connect Discord → complete this page → read the current plan → attend the next scheduled session. Everything below is here to make the first week easy.
1. Connect Discord
The ITO community lives in Discord. Access is granted through your Whop membership — Whop links your Discord account and assigns the member role automatically.
- Open your Whop account → Infra Trade Options → Discord and connect the Discord account you'll use.
- Accept the invite. Your member role appears within a minute; if it doesn't, disconnect/reconnect Discord in Whop.
- Read #start-here and #rules, then turn on notifications for #daily-plan and #live-open.
Channel layout: #daily-plan (pre-market) · #live-open (9:30–11:00 ET voice + chat) · #eod-session · #recaps · #weekly-playbook · #questions.
2. Session schedule (Eastern Time)
Regular U.S. cash sessions only. Holidays and early closes follow the NYSE calendar. Exact pre-market and EOD start times are pinned in Discord each day — we don't broadcast all day, and sessions are not recorded unless announced.
3. Terminology we use every day
- Level / Pivot
- A price area (support, resistance, range edge) where we expect a reaction. The plan names the levels that matter for the session.
- FBD — Failed Breakdown
- Price breaks below an important level, fails to continue, and reclaims it. Our core setup. Discussed as a sequence, not a signal.
- Reclaim / Acceptance
- Reclaim: price moves back above a lost level. Acceptance: price holds there long enough to matter (not a wick).
- Invalidation
- The price at which the idea is wrong. Defined before entry. If it's hit, the trade is over — no averaging down.
- Level-to-level
- Manage the trade from the entry level toward the next relevant level; scale, trail, or exit there and reassess.
- Options flow
- Notable option prints (size, sweeps, repeats). Context for a setup — not a buy/sell instruction.
- GEX — Gamma Exposure
- Model-based estimate of dealer hedging pressure around strikes. Context for magnets and pinning — not a directional forecast.
- Zero-gamma flip
- The level where estimated dealer gamma changes sign. Above: moves tend to be dampened; below: they can accelerate.
- Pin / Magnet
- A strike where positioning may pull price near expiry. A scenario to evaluate, never a promised closing price.
- 0DTE
- An option expiring the same day. Full premium can be lost. Small premium ≠ small risk.
- EOD Lotto
- Community nickname for the SPX EOD session. Publicly: SPX EOD Session. Speculative, optional, defined-risk by construction (premium paid).
- Pass / No-trade
- A legitimate outcome. If the setup can't be explained and invalidated, we wait.
4. Risk expectations
- ITO is an educational community. Nothing here is personalised financial advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.
- 0DTE options and ES futures are not beginner instruments. Learn the mechanics and practise in simulation before risking capital.
- A purchased 0DTE option can lose 100% of the premium. Size every trade so a full loss is acceptable.
- Posted entries and exits are Vinod's; your fills, sizing and results will differ. Evaluate each idea independently.
- A session can end with no trade. Passing is part of the process, not a failure of it.
- Define invalidation before entry. If it's hit, exit — no averaging down, no 'hope' trades.
5. Manage your Whop membership
Billing is handled entirely by Whop. The membership renews monthly at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
- Cancel renewal: Whop → your account → Infra Trade Options → Manage membership → Cancel. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Update payment method / view receipts: same Manage membership page.
- Refunds: cancelling renewal and receiving a refund are separate. Refund eligibility follows the policy stated on the Whop product page — read it before purchasing.
- Support: post in #questions or message @singh_vinod77.
Next: read today's plan, then join the 9:30 AM ET session.
